Conditions for Returns

For an item to be eligible for a return, it must be:

  • In its original packaging, where possible;

  • Returned with the order number or proof of purchase.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within a few days of delivery.

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the specific situation.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us via email. We will do our utmost to help, subject to product availability.

Refunds

If approved, the funds will be processed to your original method of payment. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Postage Costs

With the exception of faulty items, damaged goods, or errors on our part, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Returnable Items
