Delivery Policy

At Beckett Jewellery, we work hard every day to make your shopping experience simple, secure, and enjoyable. All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched to the address provided by the customer at checkout.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically prepared within 1–3 working days from payment confirmation. During busy periods, promotions, or bank holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

Delivery Time

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 5–12 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier company, and any external delays beyond the direct control of Beckett Jewellery.

Free Delivery

We offer free nationwide delivery. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Order Tracking

Every order is sent with tracked delivery. Your tracking code will be emailed to you as soon as it becomes available. Please note that it may take a few days for the tracking information to update on the courier's system.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

The customer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address. If you notice an error in the details provided, please contact us as soon as possible at: contact.beckettjewellery@gmail.com

We will do our utmost to amend the address before dispatch. However, once the parcel has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please email us with your order number and, where possible, attach photos of the parcel or the product. We will investigate the matter and offer a suitable resolution, such as a replacement or a refund.
